Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes. I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. Your subscription is separate from the monthly bookkeeping fee.
Does Simple Start include reconciliation?
Yes. Simple Start includes monthly reconciliation of one bank or credit-card account, transaction categorization, and monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports.
When will I receive my reports?
Reports are normally delivered by the 20th of the following month when statements and requested answers are received by the 5th.
When are you available?
I keep a small client list and reply within two business days. Calls are scheduled by appointment so every client receives focused attention.
Do you work with businesses outside Pasadena?
Yes. I serve nearby Greater Houston communities including Deer Park, La Porte, South Houston, Pearland, and Clear Lake. I can also support straightforward service businesses remotely across Texas through QuickBooks Online.
What kinds of businesses are not a fit right now?
I'm starting with straightforward service businesses. I'm not currently taking on payroll, inventory, sales-tax filing, bill pay, invoicing, multiple-entity work, or complicated cleanup projects.
